Green Apple Chutney

I followed this recipe from Suma's blog and I should say, I enjoyed it most with hot pej (rice soup) and some pickle and pappad. Perfect for a cold day.

Ingredients:

  1. Green Apple grated: 1
  2. Grated coconut: 1/4 cup
  3. Pearl Onions: 5
  4. 1 tsp oil
  5. 3 Dry Red Chilly (adjust to suit your spice level)

Method:

Grind all the ingredients and drizzle the oil. Serve with hot pej (kanji, കഞ്ഞി ).
